DOMESTIC DELIVERY

FREE Shun Feng Express / Hong Kong Registered Mail delivery on all Hong Kong orders over USD25. All orders are delivered in working days (Monday to Saturday, except Sunday and public holidays) . 

Sorry we are not able to deliver your order in any specific delivery time.  

Estimated delivery time is 3-7 days upon delivery confirmation.

 

Delivery times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Please note that pre-order and back in stock items will take longer time.

 

If you have not received your items within 7 business days of receiving our dispatched notification, please email planztage@gmail.com with your full name and order number and we will look into your delivery immediately. In most cases this means that an attempted delivery has occurred and that your parcel is waiting for you at your nearest post office for collection. Please check your mailbox. A signature is requested upon delivery.

 

CHINA/MACAU DELIVERY

PlanZtage offers a delivery fee of USD5 for Shun Feng Express. We offer free international delivery once purchased over USD150.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

PlanZtage offers USD15 by Hong Kong Registered Air Mail for standard international shipping. We offer free international delivery once purchased over USD150. 

Packages may be delayed by customs.

Estimated delivery time 10-20 days upon delivery confirmation.

PlanZtage cannot anticipate taxes applied by overseas Customs houses.

 

TAXES AND DUTIES

All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

All international packages can potentially incur charges upon their arrival in the destination country and those charges are solely determined by the arrival countries customs authorities. We cannot predict the amount of duties and taxes charged when using standard shipping.

 

The actual price charged to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the customer's credit.

 

We do not accept personal checks and direct bank transfers. Once you place an order, your account or credit balance will be deducted.
